Privacy Policy

The “Korea Battery Industry Association (KBIA)”, The Battery Conference Secretariat, establishes the following personal information processing policy in order to protect the personal information of the information subject pursuant to the Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and handle the related complaints promptly and smoothly.

Object Purpose of Personal Information
The KBIA(The Battery Conference Secretariat) handles personal information for the purpose of the "The Battery Conference" event, and personal information is not used for any purpose.
Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

Rights, duties and methods of information subject

    3. 3. Request to stop processing: Request for suspension of processing may be restricted in accordance with Article 37 Item 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  2. ② The exercise of the rights under Paragraph Item 1 shall be made in writing, by telephone, e-mail, and fax (FAX) according to Form 8 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Act for the KBIA and the KBIA(The Battery Conference Secretariat) will take action without delay.
  3. ③ When the information subject is requested to correct or delete the error of personal information, KBIA(The Battery Conference Secretariat) will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
  4. ④ The exercise of rights under Paragraph Item 1 may be made through a legal representative of the information entity or an agent such as a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney according to Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
